The F55V license is designed for location-based projects that want to embed the Forever55 Village brand, technology standard, and active adult lifestyle model from the outset.

Defined territory

Approved projects may receive rights to develop and operate under the Forever55 Village brand within a defined licensed territory.

HQ retains IP

Forever55 Village trademarks, standards, and IP remain controlled by HQ and are not transferred to location projects.

Local project focus

Any location-based financing or development structure relates to that local project only, not ownership of F55V HQ.
